The Department of Environmental Studies at the Porter School of the Environment and Earth Sciences at Tel Aviv University invites applicants for a faculty position at the level of Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor in the field of Environmental Economics. The position is available from the beginning of October 2023.
We are looking for excellent faculty member in the fields of computational economics, system dynamics for computational analysis of economic and policy interventions on sustainability development goals.
Preference will be given to visionary applicants, whose mission is in creating novel and influential solutions to critical to the planet and to societal issues of the environment.
Individuals possessing a Ph.D., with two or more years of postdoctoral experience and a strong publication record, are encouraged to apply. Applicants should demonstrate excellence in research and a strong potential for developing an independent, interdisciplinary research program, and for securing and sustaining independent and collaborative external funding. A successful applicant will be expected to share our commitment to excellence in undergraduate and graduate education.
