Faculty Positions at the The Maurice and Gabriela Goldschleger School of Dental Medicine

The Maurice and Gabriela Goldschleger School of Dental Medicine at Tel Aviv University, seeks outstanding candidates to fill tenure-track faculty positions at the level of Lecturer, Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor and Associate Professor. Positions are available beginning October 2015. The candidate should hold a Ph.D degree and post-doctoral training in the biomedical sciences. Holding a double Ph.D and D.M.D degree is an advantage. Successful candidates are expected to carry out independent competitive research programs, combined with high level teaching in dental school and medical school programs.

Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: stem cell biology, bio-nanotechnology, cell biology, biophysics, bioengineering, pharmacology, biochemistry, microbiology and immunology sciences with research relevant to the dental field. Applications will be accepted beginning August 15, 2014. The deadline for applications is November 20, 2014. Applicants should submit: (1) a curriculum vitae with list of publications (2) a summary of research (should not exceed 3 pages) including: past projects, current (including unpublished work) and proposed research programs. (3) a teaching statement based on courses taught at the medical and graduate schools of the Sackler Faculty of Medicine.
