ד"ר טל סופר היא חברת סגל בכירה בפקולטה למדעי הרפואה והבריאות ע"ש גריי ובבית הספר לחינוך באוניברסיטת תל אביב, מנהלת את המרכז לחיזוי טכנולוגי וחברתי ופדגוגיה דיגיטלית ומשמשת כראש התוכנית לתואר שני (.M.Sc) בבריאות דיגיטלית.

לד"ר סופר ניסיון מחקרי עשיר של למעלה מ-30 שנה בתחום החיזוי טכנולוגי ותהליכי טרנספורמציה, תוך התמקדות בהשלכותיהם החברתיות. תחומי המומחיות המרכזיים כוללים: בריאות דיגיטלית, סוגיות פרטיות, אתיקה וטכנולוגיות סייבר, חינוך ולמידה מקוונת, וכן עתיד שוק העבודה, המקצועות והמיומנויות.

לאורך שנות פעילותה הובילה למעלה מ-60 פרויקטים, זכתה במענקי מחקר לאומיים ובין-לאומיים מטעם האיחוד האירופי כחוקרת ראשית (PI), והיא משמשת כיועצת למקבלי החלטות וחברה בוועדות מדעיות מגוונות, עם רקורד עשיר של למעלה מ-150 פרסומים בכתבי עת מדעיים, דוחות מחקר וכנסים בין-לאומיים.
