שי חן אוקסנברג

Shai Oksenberg joined the Refugee Rights Clinic in 2018 as a clinical instructor.

Shai holds an LL.B. as well as an Additional Undergraduate Program Diploma in Women and Gender Studies (Summa cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University.

Shai clerked and worked as an attorney at Orna Lin & Co. Law Firm in the fields of labor and pension law. She also worked as a teaching and research assistant and has extensive research experience in issues concerning women's rights, in particular as regards economic and social spheres. In previous years she volunteered and worked at the NGO Hotline for Refugees and Migrants and more recently as an intern at the Legal Unit of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Representation in Israel.
