The Boris Mints Institute for Strategic Policy Solutionsto Global Challenges

The prize is awarded to Prof. Sabina Alkire, Director of the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative at Oxford University, for her exceptional contribution to the understanding of the dynamics and implications of poverty.

Prof. Ariel Porat, TAU President, will open the ceremony, followed by BMI Founder Dr. Boris Mints and BMI Head, Prof. Itai Sened.

The event will include a short talk by the prize laureate, Prof. Alkire, and a Q&A session, attended by Prof. Michael Kremer of Harvard University, a Nobel Prize laureate and the 2018 BMI Prize laureate.

The prize event will be held as a Zoom webinar, and will also be live streamed at the Jerusalem Post website.
