ד"ר נמרוד רוזלר

אני עומד בראש התכנית הבינלאומית ליישוב סכסוכים וגישור, ומוביל את מדד השלום. שותף בהובלת פרויקט מחקרי במימון הקרן הישראלית למדע, שמפתח ובוחן התערבות פסיכולוגית חדשה ליישוב סכסוכים.

מחקריי עוסקים בהיבטים פסיכולוגיים וחברתיים של סכסוכים פוליטיים ותהליכי יישובם, תוך התמקדות בתחומים הבאים ובשילוב ביניהם:

• מנהיגות – תפקידיהם של מנהיגים ומנהיגות פוליטיים ביישוב סכסוך.
• תהליכי שלום – מאפיינים ודינמיקות של תהליכי שלום לאחר סכסוכים ממושכים.
• מגדר – הבדלים מגדריים והשפעתם על תמיכה בשלום.
• רגשות – השפעתם של רגשות שונים, דוגמת פחד, אמפתיה ותקווה, על סכסוכים ותהליכי יישובם.
• קהילות גולה – כיצד קהילות גולה יכולות לסייע ליישוב הסכסוך במולדתן?
