Following a request I have put here the software for the blackness balance evaluation of BMP-files. Only 24 bits' BMP version fits, i.e. there should be only 8 bits for each color and no internal compression. There are also 32-bit files and 8 bit grey files. They don't suit!
Balance package. The needed Borland DLLs are included. They are to be in the same directory or in the path.
I put also the soft for the page layout composition. It was only a pilot project and there are a lot of bugs. My advice is to use already given databases (file extension .pgl). You may play with rules (file extension .rl). The real bmp-pictures which are to be put into the layout are also given for the reference, but they are not needed: their features are already preprocessed. The program to be executed is laycom.exe .
