Former Head of the Jaime and Joan Constantiner School of Education, of the Science and Technology Education Center, and the Department of Mathematics, Sciences and Technology Education in the School of Education.
Research areas:

whit focus on young children's construction of the
knowledge and skills required for understanding and
designing the human-mind-made world.
⚪ Research, development and implementation of
advanced technologies for thinking and learning.

⚪ Designing minds - Learner's perception and ability
to understand, interact with, and design the artificial world -
young children’s technological thinking and learning.
⚪ Kinder-bot - Young children's construction of robots’
adaptive behaviors using virtual and tangible
programming interfaces.
⚪ Complex Systems LbM - Learning-by-Modeling complexity
concepts and system thinking skills.
