In the chest CT scan views in "bone window" above and below in the subcarinal region between the right main bronchus and the left main bronchus is a mass composed of enlarged lymph nodes. Biopsy of the mass revealed involvment by the nodular sclerosis type of Hodgkin's disease. Hodgkin's disease may involve a single group of nodes, more than one group of nodes, or may involve extranodal sites such as liver, spleen, or bone marrow.
