Faculty of Humanities, Tel Aviv University

Alumni Club

About Us

In 1954, the Education Department of the municipality of Tel Aviv decided to open “The Institute for the History of Israel”, which was the nucleus from which the Faculty of Humanities later developed.

The Alumni Club of the Lester and Sally Entin Faculty of Humanities was founded close to the jubilee year of the founding of the Faculty (2004), in order to develop and foster the connection between the Faculty and its graduates. The university possesses a broad data base including names and address of over 20,000 graduates both in Israel and abroad. Our plan is to strengthen the bond with the graduates by means of e-mail and bulletins which will provide information about study days, congresses, lectures and gatherings.

Graduates who are interested in attending Faculty events and enjoying the benefits throughout the campus and outside of it, should fill out the registration form, and update their personal data.

The activities of the club will take place during the academic year. Our plan is to establish a Founder’s Committee to be made up of representatives of the Departments and public figures, which will meet on a regular basis to plan activities and policy.
