Paper Mario

Paper Mario is a video game for the Nintendo 64 by Japanese company Nintendo. It is an indirect sequel to Super Mario RPG. It is a Role-playing style game released in 2001.

In the game, Princess Peach invites Mario and Luigi to a party in her castle. When arriving to Peach's castle, Mario goes to see her upstairs. At that time, the castle is lifted into space and villain Bowser comes back with a Star Rod that renders him invincible. Bowser beats Mario with his rod and blasts him down to Earth. A family of Goombas living in a village revive Mario and he starts a journey to save the Star Spirits which Bowser has captured and placed with his minions so Mario can defeat Bowser, save Peach, and recover the Star Rod.
