Hotel reservation
The hotel reservation for the meeting's days will be made by the participants through a special
website that has been created for the event.

Our guests are able to make, modify and cancel their hotel reservations
online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other
services offered by the hotel.
Please note:
For the dates of 5/20-21 - the participants would have to book those
nights at the rack rate by either
calling 1-800-233-1234 or via hyatt.com. The participants could make
reservation for check in on 5/22-26 at the meeting's rate and the hotel will
link their reservation at check in so they will not have to check out of
rooms.
The Hotel rates for the meeting's days are:
