This is an internet image version of the Ethiopic Book of Amos. It follows Francisco María Esteves Pereira’s (1854–1924) critical edition published in Portugal in 1917, a rare book found in very few libraries worldwide. Pereira’s Ethiopic text was scanned (but not its Portuguese translation). Each chapter is directly accessible from the main menu. The TEXT version was prepared by Kefela Ghebre and is published here with his kind permission; proofread by Ran HaCohen.
The relevant part of Pereira’s Introduction is available at the top of the menu ("0"). The Critical Apparatus is available at the bottom of the menu, under the plus-sign (+).
