Again - your department might be in a different hospital than your dorms - please check your card of acceptance so you will arrive at the correct place!

Please, first check-in to the dormitory, then to the department. For IFMSA students The lodging is free of course.  It is impossible to check-in/out before/after your confirmed exchange period, and only during the check-in days & hours – no exceptions!!!

As soon as you have completed the formalities of registration, please call our office in Tel Aviv, telephone 03-6423428, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00 to 14:00 to tell us that you've settled in.

That's it. You're in!

Take the time to settle down. At July & August You'll meet our exchange officers at the WELCOMING EVENT held few days later.
