MY HISTORY I born in Ethiopia in 1967 in the region of Gonder. After finishing high school, I have immigrated to Israel in 1987. After intensive effort of two years to know Hebrew language in ulpan and then preparation programme at Tel-Aviv Universty, I started to study General History and Archeology in the Faculty Of Humanity, Department Of History and Archeolgy. After achiving my B.A, In 1997, I continued to study Public Policy for M.A in the Faculty of Social Science, Department of Public Policy. I was graduated in the year 2000. To be immigrant, it is very difficult not only in Israel but for those people who leave thier country in case of relign, searching work , war , etc. Specially it is difficult for Ethiopians, because the culture that we have developed is different from other immigrants in Israel . The only way to integrate to the society of Israel is TO LEARN, that is why I made considerable efforts to get myself educated at the university level like many of my Ethiopian friends, inspite of financial and other problems
