Atidim, the science-based industrial park, is a private company jointly owned by the City of Tel Aviv and TAU. The company was established to strengthen the industrial economic infrastructure of Tel Aviv. The company also advances the use of technical innovations, creates jobs, upgrades the neighborhood and establishes connections between academic research and industry.

The company owns 90 square km and 95,000 square meters of rentable space. An additional 35-storey building of 50,000 square meters with 1,300 parking spaces and a 4,000 square meter business center is planned.

Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai is the Chairman of Atidim representing the City of Tel Aviv and Moshe Porath is Acting Chairman, representing TAU.
