This whole body radiograph of a stillborn fetus reveals marked scoliosis and the missing distal right upper extremity. This is amnionic band syndrome, a form of limb-body wall complex. Amnionic bands led to amputation of the extremity, and distorted the thorax. There was also a gastroschisis (the body wall defect) accounting for the herniation of abdominal contents seen here.
