The hepatic venogram views above and below reveal a transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS shunt) that extends from the hepatic venous outflow into the portal venous system in a patient with thrombosis from the Budd-Chiari syndrome. The shunt is blocked by thrombus, with no outflow.
