These large, lobulated adrenals were present in a case of Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome. Other abnormalities seen with this rare syndrome include linear fissure of the external ear lobule, macroglossia, hemihypertrophy, genital tract abnormalities, omphalocele, and microcephaly, among others.
