History of Present Illness:

A ventilation-perfusion scan is performed. The findings are represented below:

Additional laboratory findings include a prothrombin time of 12 seconds (normal 10.7 - 15 seconds) and partial thromboplastin time of 28 seconds (normal 25 - 40 seconds).
