Urine culture: >100,000 Klebsiella pneumoniae, resistant to fluroquinolone, sensitive to TMP/SMX.
Lipid panel: Total serum cholesterol 237 mg/dL, HDL cholesterol 33 mg/dL, triglycerides 171 mg/dL.
Hgb A1C is 10.2%

Lipid panel: Total serum cholesterol 213 mg/dL, HDL cholesterol 26 mg/dL, triglycerides 145 mg/dL.
2 hour glucose tolerance test: baseline 120 mg/dL, 1 hour 236 mg/dL, 2 hours 189 mg/dL

Abdominal ultrasound: multiple gallstones present and gallbladder slightly enlarged.
