History of Present Illness:

She states that a screening ultrasound was performed with each of the prior pregnancies, and she was told that each baby did not appear to have congenital anomalies, though the size was smaller than expected for age.

Her pregnancy test is positive.

You schedule a visit for a month later, but she returns in three weeks complaining of the sudden onset of shortness of breath two days ago, and now she has right-sided chest pain.
