Just how widespread is "refrigerator door wisdom"? Among the only examples of usage of that precise phrase was:

I won't argue with that sentiment, taken from the second chapter of a book entitled from: Work 2.0 - Rewriting the Contract by Bill Jensen, available online, and perhaps only online, as a pdf document. Of course there are thousands of other statements of that sort wandering around cyberspace, either on web pages or via e-mail. The only reason that I found this particular example was because I was looking for the words "refrigerator door wisdom", not an example of it.
