On satisfying a craving.

I know numerous people who claim that their craving for chocolate is similar to an addiction, so if Cathy can't withstand the urge to finish every last sweet in the box, or take a look at all the sites that she's heard about but never surfed to, then perhaps that ranks as an addiction as well.

On the other hand, Cathy has gotten out of bed because she finds that she's got an urge to taste more. She still hasn't developed an addiction, but is instead showing the perfectly normals signs of a curious mind. There are undoubtedly people out there who can sit down in front of a logged on computer, click over to a few sites, get a small taste of what this whole internet thing is supposed to be, and without any difficulty simply get up and walk away. But who would want to know people like that?

I, by the way, use this comic as part of my introductory presentation about the internet. People seem to have no problem relating to it, and I doubt that any of those people would consider themselves addicts, even chocolate addicts.
