Is that any way to write a Boidem column?

What's a BTW doing on the main page of a Boidem column? Don't I know that asides belong on internal pages? Actually, for quite a while now, that's not necessarily where they belong, or at least where they've been ending up. I've noticed that particularly when I want to quote from an article that's pertinent to the topic at hand I'll embed that quote into the main page - sort of what happens in "regular" writing. Frankly, I see this as a positive development for the Boidem since it seems to suggest that I don't have to go looking for asides to maintain some sort of hypertextual facade. If there are items that clearly merit an internal link, let them have it. But if it can be seen as part of the "central idea", leave it on the main page.
