Who do they think they're fooling.

The last reason for having a laptop on vacation is titled "Info and more", and there we read:
Need to change your flight home? No problem, log onto your airline's homepage or travel site and click the mouse a few times to get it done with ease.
We didn't have to change flight plans. Instead, we had to try to locate luggage that didn't arrive. We had unlimited access to a computer, and even eventually located and received the luggage. But "no problem" is a very far from accurate description of the adventures we had, and I have no doubt that trying to change a flight home requires much more than just a few clicks of the mouse.
