Keeping it simple.

With so many fancy web sites still slowing down our browsing experience, an entirely textual blog, (and with almost no extraneous text at that) is a pleasure to find. And particularly so when the text is interesting, even if it's almost antithetical to my own take on deleting. That particular post quotes a lengthier post from another blog which outlines the basic principles of letting things go. It's not that I don't agree with these guys - it's just that if we didn't save things, how could we ask those hard questions about whether or not we really need them? And if everybody is throwing things out, then somebody has to be responsible for saving them, and apparently I'm sacrificing myself (or my hard drive) for that purpose.
