Overview
Conference sessions will take place from Monday morning, November 3, at 10:00, until Wednesday evening, November 5, 2008. Israeli participants are requested to arrive by 9:30 on Monday and stay in Safed until Wednesday evening. Those who wish to arrive earlier, on Sunday evening, are invited to join the Indian guests for dinner and an informal get-together. The Indian participant will be picked up from the Tel Aviv area in the early afternoon of Sunday, November 2 (pick-up place and time will be announced later), and taken to Merkazi Hotel in Safed.
All participants are invited to take part in a walking tour of Safed, which is planned for Tuesday afternoon, and will end with a conference dinner. A post-conference tour of the North of Israel is planned for the Indian guests on Thursday, November 6, ending late in the evening in Tel Aviv. Israelis who wish to stay for the post-conference tour should let the conference coordinator know of their plans well in advance.
