The David and Inez Myers Foundation was established by the Myers in the 1960s to be the major instrument of their extensive philanthropy. They were strongly devoted to Jewish interests worldwide, and equally generous to the general community. They were supporters of education and the arts in their hometown, Cleveland, Ohio, and had special personal concerns for the aged. The Myers Foundation continues to support the arts, education and social welfare institutions in Cleveland and Jewish institutions worldwide, principally in the health sciences and in support of children.
