On October 2012 I have retired from the Department of Molecular Biology & Ecology of Plants at George S. Wise Faculty of Life Sciences in Tel Aviv University

My main research interests are in the field of plant ecophysiology, especially as related to root-system structure and function.
I am also interested in plant ecology and agro-ecosystems and in application of computer simulation to the study of ecological and physiological processes.

I used to be in charge of monitoring airborne allergenes and forecast of alleregnic blooming published monthly but this service has been closed on December 31st 2015 due to lack of funding
