The mass impinges upon the ureters to produce bilateral hydronephrosis and the bowel filled with contrast is displaced laterally. In the view below, the mass nearly fills the lower pelvis. This mass is a rhabdomyosarcoma arising in the region of the prostate of the lower urinary tract. |
