| This is a hysterosalpingogram in which a catheter is introduced through the cervix to fill the endometrial cavity with contrast. Contrast extends into the right fallopian tube and the left fallopian tube, eventually spilling out at the right adnexal region and the left adnexal region, indicating tubal patency. Some contrast has also backfilled into the vagina. |
