This nuclear medicine bone scan reveals numerous areas of increased uptake from metastases, which are the darker foci, including the skull. Note the darker right kidney, which is hydronephrotic from obstruction by the primary tumor--a urothelial carcinoma of the bladder involving the right ureteral orifice.
