This radiograph of the femur reveals multiple osteomas (arrows) in a patient with "Gardner's syndrome". The osteomas are typically the incidental findings. This is one of the original radiographs from one of the first cases diagnosed by Dr. Henry Plenk, a radiologist. Thus, the syndrome is actually Plenk-Gardner syndrome.
