| This radiograph demonstrates two "pathologic fractures" in the superior and inferior pubic rami that have occurred as a consequence of weakening by metastatic melanoma. Such fractures can occur with minimal or no trauma. The small, rounded densities represent phleboliths, or small calcified areas in veins, a benign condition. |
