Your patient is a 41-year-old woman who has had headaches over the past 3 days. She describes the pain as constant but dull, and "all over" her head. The headaches have been accompanied by blurred vision and nausea. She has not experienced similar episodes in the past. She is an artist who works in ceramics. Her husband, also an artist in oil paintings, passed away last year.
