| This is Hodgkin lymphoma, lymphocyte predominance type. There are mostly lymphocytes, which makes this type of HL sometimes difficult to distinguish from small cell lymphomas. Note the paucity of Reed-Sternberg cells with the CD-15 immunohistochemical stain at the right. |
