הכרות עם תוכנת ניתוח הדמיה של המוח FSL (0491.3228) Introduction to the neuroimaging analysis tools package: FSL

בסיום הקורס יוכלו התלמידים להשתמש בכלים שונים מחבילת תוכנת ההדמיה FSL בכדי לנתח נתוני הדמיה מוחית. נדון בעיבוד מוקדם של fMRI, מודלים סטטיטסטים, ניתוח מידע של נבדקת יחידה, קבוצה וכתיבת קודים להרצה מקבילה של מספר ניתוחים במקביל. הכיתה תערך בכיתת המחשבים עם הרצאות ותרגולים של החומר. At the conclusion of this course students will be able to use the different tools as part of the FSL package to analyze neuroimaging data. We will discuss pre-processing of fMRI data, statistics modeling, individual and group analysis as well as scripting to achieve parallel analyses on servers. The class will be held in the computer class with 1 hour lecture and the 2nd hour dedicated to actual analysis of data. Grades will be determined based on exercises and class participation.
