בסמינר זה נכסה נושאים כללים הנוגעים להדמיה מוחית באמצעות MRI וכן נושאים ספציפיים הנוגעים לשימוש במגנטים במרכז ההדמיה על שם שטראוס אשר בקמפוס. סטודנטים ידרשו להציג את מחקריהם העכשויים והעתידיים בכדי לקבל ביקורת בונה על מערך המחקר. נדון בשיטות הדמיה מתקדמות כגון קישוריות ומדידת פלסטיות מבנית ותפקודית באזורי עניין מוגדרים מראש ובכל המוח. כל סטודנט/ית ידרשו להציכ פעם אחת במהלך כל סמסטר וכן להשתתף באופן פעיל בשיחות בכיתה ולקרוא את קריאת הרקע. In this course we will cover general MRI neuroimaging topics as well as specific issues concerning using the MR scanners at the Strauss computational neuroimging center on campus. Students will present their current and planned studies to receive constructive criticism. We will also discuss general neuroimaging methods such as conncetivity, anatomical and functional plasticity, ROI and whole brain analyses. Students will be expected to present once during each semester as well as actively participate in conversations during class and read relevant materials. Grades will be based 80% on the quality of the presentation and 20% class participation.
