The fees include: 
* Participation in all sessions & Receipt of Symposium material 
* Two nights accommodation in a double room, on full board basis
* Get together cocktail 
* Social event 
* Coffee during breaks

Remarks:
* The above rates are valid for payments received before 15 February, 2003.
* The number of places is limited. To ensure your place, it is recommended to register 
  as early as possible.
* If payment is made by your organization, their letter of commitment should accompany
  your registration form.

Cancellation Policy: 
Registration fees less NIS 150 (handling fees) will be refunded provided that a written request will be received before 15 April 2003. No refunds will be made after that date.
