Venue
The Symposium will be held at Maagan Holiday Village www.inisrael.com/maagan , 
located on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, a beautiful setting, with breathtaking views of the Sea of Galilee and the surrounding mountains.

Language
The official language will be English. All presentations and printed material will be in English.

Instructions to presenters of Posters:

1. Maximum size of the poster: Width: 100 CM X Length: 110 CM .

2. The poster boards will be numbered according to the poster numbers as they appear in the abstract book. The list of posters with the poster numbers will also appear on the notice board.

3. Please mount your poster on the suitable board before the beginning of the meeting, and take it off on Wednesday 14 May, in the evening.

4. You are kindly requested to stand by your poster during the poster session. 

Instructions to Speakers - Power Point Presentations:
In order to avoid problems and delays while switching laptops between lectures, and to ensure 
a smooth operation of the presentations, one PC computer will serve all speakers. 
There will be a technician in the hall to assist you with your presentation. Please bring your CD to the technician during one of the breaks well in advance before your presentation, for checking it and loading it on the PC in the lecture hall. You may also bring a disk on key (flash disk). Please advise the Secretariat now if you use PC or MAC.


Backup: Please bring your file on a CD + another backup CD, in case of any problems. 

File Name: The file name should be the number of your lecture in the program (A1, A2 etc.) and your last name, followed by the extension ".ppt", e.g. <A1- Dreyfuss.ppt>. 
MAC USERS: please add the file extension (.ppt). In contrast to Office for Windows, Office for Mac does not add it automatically. Consequently the file cannot be recognized as a power-point file by PC computers.
