Dear Colleagues,
We would like to invite you to participate in a symposium devoted to
"Post-transcriptional events and RNA fate" to be held at Maagan Holiday Village on the Sea of Galilee, Israel,
May 13-15, 2003. The meeting is the Fifth Annual Symposium of the Joan and Jaime Constantiner Institute of Molecular Genetics at Tel Aviv University.
The meeting will focus on various aspects of RNA biology including RNA splicing, stability, localization, export, translation,
small regulatory RNA and RNA-proteins interactions. In addition to invited speakers from overseas, we expect the participation of Israeli senior scientists, postdocs and graduate students who are active in the 'RNA fate' fields in the universities and research institutes in Israel. As judged from the growing interest in the Israeli 'RNA club' forum that has been established four years ago, we anticipate an exciting meeting.
We believe the structure of the scientific program and the gathering together of senior and junior scientists in an informal and relaxed atmosphere will create an intimate and highly stimulating meeting. Maagan Holiday Village has very good conference facilities, a nice lawn, a private beach with a swimming pool.
We look forward to welcoming you to an inspiring and memorable meeting.
