Biography

Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Prof. David Gutnick immigrated to Israel in October 1969 after completing his PhD in Microbiology at the University of Southern California-Los Angeles and working two years for the U.S. Public Health Service,  He first began teaching at TAU in 1969, becoming a full professor in 1981.  He served in the IDF from 1973-1974 and is married with two children.
