Law and History Workshop The law and history workshop is a combined faculty and students workshop. The goal of the workshop is to present the variety of research issues and methodologies that legal historians use and to offer a forum in which legal historians can present their work in progress. The workshop meets every two weeks throughout the academic year. Each session is devoted to a legal history paper presented by an Israeli or non-Israeli historian of law. The participants of the workshop (undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty members) read the papers in advance and offer written and oral comments on them. The workshop is sponsored by the Cegla Institute for Comparative and Private International Law and is organized by Ron Harris and Assaf Likhovski.
