The Faculty publishes five periodicals, two of which are in English and three in Hebrew. Each journal devotes substantial space to works on human rights topics written by members of the Faculty anddistinguished scholars from around the world.

Theoretical Inquiries in Law
(English) - This upcoming Journal will be published biannually, specializing in applications to legal problems of insights developed in other disciplines, such as moral and political theory, epistemology, social science, economics and game theory, probability theory and cognitive psychology.
This Upcoming Journal is to substitute the journal Tel-Aviv Studies in Law

Labor Law Annual - הדובעה טפשמ ןותנש (Hebrew) - This journal is published by the Israeli Association for Labor and Welfare, under the auspices of TAU.
Israel Yearbook on Human Rights (English) This annual publication is devoted to the research and promotion of human rights both in the Jewish-Israeli and international contexts.
