Which is more important?

I'd prefer not to have to take a desert island test on this one, though I suppose that it's basically a trick question, and not a logical one at that. If I could only take one of these tools to a desert island - which would it be? Well, if I could check my e-mail on a desert island (an oft-repeated male fantasy) I'd probably be able to download a word processor, so an e-mail program should definitely take priority. But of course it's pretty much impossible to separate between the two anyway - part of any e-mail program is a basic word processor, and Outlook takes things one step further and automatically opens Word if I want to write an e-letter.
