I know this song from various jug-band recordings of the sixties, though of course it's much older than that. Numerous versions appear on the web. What seems to be a classic version is available here, though simply attributing it to Fats Waller doesn't really mean much. Slightly different words can be found here. An enjoyable blogger recalls the version I'm most familiar with, though she tells us she doesn't have a sister.
