Elena is a Ukrainian biker who rides her bike through the Chernobyl region. And
she writes about those rides on her
web site. It's a fascinating report - just the sort of thing the web does
best. Perhaps we can even say that the web is precisely for reports of this sort.
And apparently word of mouth (and of course links) about the site caused an interest
in Chernobyl and its meltdown in general which entered the Lycos 50 at #47.
