I've returned to the WebDweller page numerous times over the past few years, and, judging by the fact that the composite photograph doesn't seem to have changed since the first time I viewed it, either nobody is sending in photographs, or the people who set up the site lost interest in it, or both. Still, even if it doesn't change, or perhaps precisely because it doesn't, I hope the site remains available as an example of the modern archeology that the web permits. Whether or not it represents the dream of achieving unity via the web, and whether anyone would want that, is a different question altogether.
