Assuming that I might be able to seriously listen to one hour of music a day, my calculations show that I would need about a year to listen to all the music in my own personal record collection once. Of course I have records which I've heard many more times than that, and others that have gone untouched for years. But I continue to buy discs and to download music. Do I have any chance of actually listening to it all? Do I really intend to?
